Annamaria Gruda A.O.C.A.

Annamaria Gruda is an honours graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design. She has been teaching art in the Durham area for 12 years and taught at the Edgehill Country Waldorf School. Through her work at the Waldorf School she has intensely studied the work and methods of Rudolf Steiner. Anna has a particular interest in using art to facilitate healing and personal development.
She curated the Photo/Electrics Arts Show in Toronto (1981) and Villeneve-les-Avignon, France (1983). Now a guest curator at the Durham Art Gallery Anna curated "Portrait of the Computer as a Young Art" (1999), "Colour me a Rainbow" (2000), Fllo MacRae, "Encaustic Paintings" (2000), "14+ Emerging Artists" (2000), and "Inscape Paintings" (2001).
